Back in 2013, I started with nothing but a qualification, a lot of self-doubt, and a very real fear of failure. But I refused to let that stop me. Over eight years, I turned a half-baked idea into the Barbell Babes Brigade: a multi-million-dollar gym and a community where women discovered strength they didn’t know they had.
Was it easy? Hell no. Building that gym pushed me to my absolute limits. There were days I wondered if I could actually pull it off, but I kept going—because I wasn’t just building a business. I was building something that mattered.
Selling it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. People didn’t get it. Some of them were pissed. But I’ve never been one to cling to comfort when I know it’s time to grow. That’s what running a business demands: guts, grit, and the willingness to make big moves, even when they scare the hell out of you.
Now, I help fitness entrepreneurs do the same. My job isn’t to tell you what to do or spoon-feed you answers (boring). It’s to push you, challenge you, and help you take full ownership of your business.
You’ll love me for it, you’ll hate me for it - but you’ll get results.
From building a gym that became a community powerhouse to raising two small humans who give me a run for my money every day, I’ve learned how to show up, even when it’s messy.
I believe in taking up space, making hard calls, and showing up fully for what matters to you—even when it’s uncomfortable. That’s what I bring to the table: real talk, fresh perspective, and the kind of energy that makes you want to go all in.
I don’t do things halfway.
"I can't put into words how incredible it was."
"Ro was one of very few people I have come across who can articulate things in a way that truly made me feel good about my path, my place in my industry, my belief system and actually expressed her confidence in my potential. I will be forever grateful for our chats, ideas, motivation and how much I learned and grew."
