A business growth membership for fitness and service founders who want real momentum, clear direction, and weekly support that works in real weeks, not perfect ones

This is the business room

You were never the "right" kind of Coach

Studio owner. Educator. PT. You've known it for a while too.

Maybe someone said it out loud. A mentor. A manager. A partner. A voice in your own head that's been running that particular loop for longer than you can remember.

Maybe nobody said it directly, but you felt it every time you walked into a room full of polished, composed, apparently got-it-all-together fitness business owners and thought: Ohhh, ok… I'm not what they had in mind.

"A more together person would have done this better by now"

You've started resources and then stalled. You've had an amazing lead gen idea and then lost the thread overnight. You've built momentum and then watched yourself quietly break it for reasons you couldn't fully explain. You've absolutely nailed a launch and then you're a mess the week after. You've missed the thing that mattered and nailed the thing nobody expected. Tired of your own bullshit, amirite!

You've sat in front of your business at 10pm with your laptop on your knees and a half written plan that goes nowhere, and thought: why can't I just get this together, why the f*ck is this so hard.

This part matters more than you think.

Because the problem was never that your brain is broken or you're not cut out for this. The problem was that nobody ever gave you support that was actually built for the brain you have, and the industry you're operating in.

That's what The Business Room is for.

And then you showed up the next day anyway.

Flip Card 2 - But What You Actually Want Is...

→ To know exactly what to focus on this week. Not eventually. This week.

→ A business that feels less like a thing you're white-knuckling through and more like something you're actually building with intention.

→ Real momentum. Real profit. Not just surviving the busy season and calling it a win.

→ To stop feeling like the messiest person in every room and start feeling like the capable, serious founder you actually are.

→ To show up to your business with some clarity for once — not because you finally got yourself together, but because you finally have support that works with the way you actually operate.

Flip Card 1 - Right Now You Are Probably...

→ Sitting in the middle of a busy week with a business that needs attention and genuinely no idea which lever to pull first

→ Buying the program, starting the program, losing the thread of the program somewhere around week three when real life showed back up.

→ Consuming more information than you could ever act on and somehow still not knowing what to actually do next Monday morning.

→ Knowing your business needs work but spending your best energy just keeping up — and telling yourself you'll sort the strategy stuff when things slow down. Except things don't slow down.

→ Finishing a decent week and still feeling like you're one bad month away from it all unravelling.

You need to already be in it.

Not thinking about starting.  Not six months away from launching.
Actually in it, posting, trying to get clients, running sessions, managing members, and figuring out offers.  You don't need to be profitable or consistent or have it together.  But you need enough business context so that when a weekly growth play lands in your inbox, you know what to do with it.

This room isn't where you learn what a business is.
It's where you finally get clear on what to do with the one you've already got.

Who this is for     ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·    Who this is for ·

Has started and stalled more times than they want to admit — and started again anyway. The one who's sat in business programs feeling like everyone else got a manual they never received, and wondered if everyone else just finds this easier.

This room was built for the founder who…

Has been told, directly or indirectly, that the way their brain works is the problem. Who has moments of being genuinely, undeniably brilliant — and then loses two weeks to avoidance and can't fully explain why.

Has built something real and is somehow still not sure they're allowed to call themselves a proper business owner. Who keeps showing up, keeps delivering, and still quietly wonders if they've just been getting away with it.

Overthinks everything, executes in sprints, and lives in the exhausting gap between the two. Knows exactly what they need to do and has spent an impressive amount of energy doing literally anything else instead.

Needs things explained clearly and practically. Not academically, not theoretically, but plain and simple.  There's enough noise already and what's actually needed is someone who just gets to the point.

Wants a real business, real structure, real profit, real momentum — and is no longer willing to wait until they've fixed themselves first. Doesn't want the beige industry playbook. Wants the real version, for a real person, in the actual industry they're operating in.

You are not the problem. You are not too much. You are not too inconsistent, too chaotic, too late, or too far behind.

You are a capable founder running a real business in a way that doesn't look like the textbook version, and you deserve support that was actually built for that.

What's inside

THE WEEKLY DROP

The Weekly Drop: your weekly anchor point.

Every week, without fail, this lands in the room on a Sunday. Business growth isn't built in big monthly bursts. It's an accumulation of small, consistent things that keep you moving even when the week is already full and your brain has other ideas.

Every week you get four things:

01. A newsletter prompt for your business
Not a generic email marketing tip. An actual prompt, written for fitness and service businesses, that you can take straight to your list. Done. Sent. Moving. Next.

02. Content ideas
Real, specific, usable directions for the week. Not "post about your values." Actual ideas you can pick up and run with, for the kind of business you actually have.

03. A growth play
One small, concrete thing you can do this week to move your business forward. Not a project, not a strategy overhaul. Just one powerful play that's doable in a real week, with a real brain, and a schedule that's already full.

04. A quick clean up
One thing to tighten, fix, or simplify. The small stuff that quietly costs you in energy, in money, in how your business feels to run. A fast win that actually compounds without it being a big deal to get done.

Four things. Every week. In your rhythm.

This is the heartbeat of the room. The thing that means you're never more than seven days away from something useful landing in front of you.

THE Q&A Clinic

Fortnightly Q&A Clinic: Live Call

This is the session where you bring the thing you've been circling and want coaching in real life on.

The thing you know is a problem but haven't said out loud because it feels too messy or too obvious or too embarrassing to ask. The decision you keep almost making because you're unsure if you've missed something. The half-formed thought that lives in your head as a vague, low grade anxiety and never quite becomes an actual question.

Bring it here. We'll cut through it together.

Not deep consulting. More like: here's where I'm stuck, here's what I can't see clearly, here's the thing I keep avoiding — and then we move.

These sessions will cover all your real time questions from lead generation advice, to content adjustments, to cancellation challenges, to pricing questions.

03

The Workshop

Monthly Business Workshop: Live Call

One topic. One session. 60 minutes. Created for immediate action.

Not a three hour masterclass that requires a perfect block of focus you don't have. Not a theory lecture that sounds good and disappears the second you try to apply it to your actual gym, your actual studio, your actual situation.

One clear, practical topic each month, chosen based on what I'm watching real founders struggle with right now.
  • How to create a low ticket offer and get it to market within 2 weeks.
  • What to fix first when everything feels urgent.
  • Retention strategies to employ to avoid any more cancellations.
  • Step by step process for your first hire.
  • Leadership red flags and solutions to fill the gaps.
  • The difference between a business problem and a founder spiral.

You'll leave with something you can actually use.

Live replay loaded and stored along with key takeaways and any relevant resources.
04

The Industry Pulse

Monthly Industry Pulse: Audio/Written Delivery

Here's what I'm actually seeing right now.

Every month I'll give you my honest, unfiltered read on the fitness and service industry in real time. What's shifting. What seasonal patterns are affecting memberships and sales and client behaviour. What founders are losing sleep over that's actually solvable. What everyone's panicking about that doesn't deserve the energy. Where the real pressure points are, and what to do about them.

I'll also drop in strategies that are working really well and how to pull into your business.
05

The Action Tool

Monthly Action Tool

Something practical that you can pick up and use.

  • A fact sheet with 10 ways of how to sell in your stories.
  • A decision filter to help you decide when and how to finish with a client.
  • A script to help you with failed payments.
  • A pricing audit that guides price rises.
  • A prompt that cuts through the fog with the new offer you're creating.
  • A step by step of how to capture then use testimonials to aid your selling.

One useful thing, built to help you move, even on the weeks when moving feels harder than it should.

Support + Resources

Private Community Space

A buzzing, useful, connection space that actually adds value to your life. A room with actual shape, honest conversation and founders who are building seriously and don't fit the mould, and aren't particularly interested in pretending they do.

The kind of room where you can say "I don't know what I'm doing this month" and someone actually gets it.

In Community Support From Me

I'm here on set days. Actually answering questions, not delegating to a community manager or dropping in once a month to wave. Real access contained enough to stay useful. Because support that's everywhere and always on isn't actually support, it's overwhelming and confusing. We don't need that.

Replay + Resource Library

Everything lives here. Workshops, tools, templates, frameworks.

Tight and usable. Not a vault of 200 things that made you feel productive for purchasing and guilty for never finishing. Just the good stuff, organised so you can find it — including when you need a solution to a sticky problem, it'll all be there.

Examples:
  • Script examples to help guide you in your response to cancellations, objections and negative feedback.
  • How to create a FB ad from scratch.
  • How to create the easiest but most effective marketing strategy from scratch in 20 minutes.
  • How to enforce your terms and conditions without people cancelling.

A little bit about me

meet your mentor

I've been in this industry since 2013.

I started as a PT at Goodlife Health Clubs in Ipswich — no business acumen, a notebook full of session plans, and receipts in a Nike shoebox lol. I had no idea what I was doing. I just had a massive heart for people and a stubborn refusal to quit.

From there I opened my first gym in 2017, six months pregnant, 12 weeks from lease to launch, 33 founding members, and absolutely no idea how close to the edge I was operating. By 2020 I had a team, $300k+ in annual revenue, and a business people recognised. Then COVID hit. Melbourne. 262 days locked down. Six lockdowns. I gutted the gym, sent equipment to 80 homes, moved everything online, and came out the other side with an 18% revenue drop. In the most locked down city in the world.

I'll take it.

In 2021 I opened my second gym, three stories, custom pink powerlifting racks, a six-metre Big Queen Energy mural, and revenue that surpassed everything before it. By 2023 I sold the company, walked away from gym ownership, and went all in on what I'd been doing on the side since 2019.

Mentoring.

In the last seven years I've worked with hundreds of fitness and service business owners. I've opened 20+ gyms from scratch. Cleaned up many more. Taken face to face trainers online. Helped exhausted, established gym owners finally pay themselves properly. Walked people through their first hire, their first lease, their first exit.

I've lived most of what you're dealing with. The rest I've watched up close.

That's what's in this room.

Because I've been in this industry long enough to see a pattern that nobody talks about honestly enough.

There's a whole category of gym owner, studio owner, coach, and educator who keeps almost making it work.

Smart, capable, deeply caring — who has real ideas, real skills, a genuine desire to build something that matters. And repeatedly let down by support systems that were never actually designed for them.

Programs that handed them a clean, linear framework and expected them to execute it like a person with a completely different brain. Rooms where everyone else seemed to get it and they sat there quietly wondering what was wrong with them. Coaches who gave them advice built for regulated, consistent, methodical operators, watched it fall apart, and called it a discipline problem.

It was never a discipline problem. It was a "how to navigate the noise and make it work for your business" problem.

I also know this from the inside.

I know what it is to build while being genuinely, stubbornly human. To have the vision and lose the thread. To be excellent in the right conditions and a complete disaster in the wrong ones. To build without ever fully feeling like the version of a "business person" the industry seems to have agreed on.

And to build anyway. Messily. Imperfectly. For real.

So I built a room that doesn't expect you to fix yourself before it helps you. A room that meets you where you actually are, not where a tidier elevated version of you might be one day. This isn't to lower the standards. But it is to meet you with where you're at now and build with you as you keep moving.

Just to finally give you support that works with you and your business instead of against it.

Why I built this

What this is not

The Business Room is not unlimited coaching, private Voxer access, deep custom strategy, bespoke consulting, a fluffy accountability group, a therapy space, or a watered-down Founders Academy.⁣
⁣If you're at the stage where your business needs someone inside it with you, new location, first hire, major structural decisions, that's Founders Academy work, not this.⁣ This room is built for clarity, rhythm, relevance, support, and momentum. That's the job of the room. If you want deeper, more direct, more intensive support, that's what Founders Academy is for. This room does something different. And for most people, it's the space they need to be in all year round to stay on track and in front.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this for fitness businesses only? +

It's built specifically with gym owners, studio owners, coaches, and educators in the health, fitness and wellness industry. If you're in that world and the way I think resonates, you'll feel right at home.

Is this an ADHD membership? +

No: this is business support, not ADHD coaching. But it was designed specifically for founders who think loudly, operate nonlinearly, and have spent years trying to force their brain and business into systems built for someone else. If that's you, this room was built with you very much in mind.

Will the content stay relevant? +

Yes, and that's central to the whole point. This room is shaped by what I'm seeing in real time across the fitness and service industry. Not a static vault of resources and advice that made sense once. It reflects what's actually happening now.

Will I get direct access to you? +

Yes, inside the community on set support days, and through the fortnightly Q&A clinic. No private Voxer, no 24/7 access, no deep custom strategy inside this room. If you want that depth, Founders Academy is the right fit.

Are there replays? +

Yes. All workshops and live sessions are recorded and available in the library.

Can I leave anytime? +

Yes. 3 month minimum, then monthly, cancel whenever you need to.

That if you could just be more consistent, disciplined and organised you would be further along. More like the gym owners and studio owners and coaches who seem to do this effortlessly, then maybe it would finally work.

Maybe you believed it for a while, and maybe part of you still does.

You were never the problem. Please know that. You were just in the wrong room.

A room that handed you a framework designed for someone else and called it support. A room that saw your messiness as a flaw to fix instead of a reality to work with. A room that made you feel like the only one who couldn't quite hold it together, when really, half the people in there were hiding the exact same thing.

This room is different.

Not because I'll fix you. Not because I'll pretend the mess isn't real. But because I'll help you build something serious, with the brain, the business, and the humanity you actually have.

Messy middle and all.

You've probably been told, in one way or another, that the way you operate is the obstacle.

One last thing

7

You don't need to earn your place in here by getting yourself together first.

You just have to want to build something real and be committed to your vision.

I can't wait to see you inside...
